Monthly Rentals
The Norwood Inn, 1415 Grand Avenue, is conveniently located on
Highway 145 in the center of town. All rooms have private bathrooms and
are wheelchair accessible. The rooms are comfortably furnished and
depict the area's fishing, hunting, ranching, wildlife and other
activities. All rooms are equipped with kitchens, plus there is propane
BBQ available for guest use.

Monthly Rentals
If you are looking for Long Term Housing, or
coming to the Telluride area for seasonal work, we have the best values
in the area. The fully furnished units are available on a month-to-month
basis. We're located in the wonderful communities of Norwood, 33 miles
west of Telluride, and Naturita, which is 20 miles west of Norwood. The
buildings are centrally located so one can walk to all services and
restaurants, with the food markets and large coin-operated laundry
facilities nearby.
There are different room configurations, from Efficiencies, to Studio’s
and even 1-Bedroom Apartments. Efficiency units include a kitchenette
(cook top, fridge and microwave), while the larger spaces have fully
equipped kitchens, private baths & individual exterior entrances.
* All units have Cable TV with movie channels and free WiFi access.
* Each is completely setup from linens and dishes, to beds and furniture
* Monthly rental includes on-site parking
* In Norwood the Regional Bus service stops at the curb. It’s just $2
each way to/from Telluride.
A stay of 3 Months or longer requires a one month refundable Security
deposit. No Smoking. No Pets.
