Monthly Rentals
The Norwood Inn, 1415 Grand Avenue, is conveniently located on
Highway 145 in the center of town. All rooms have private bathrooms and
are wheelchair accessible. The rooms are comfortably furnished and
depict the area's fishing, hunting, ranching, wildlife and other
activities. All rooms are equipped with kitchens, plus there is propane
BBQ available for guest use.

Monthly Rentals
If you are looking for Long Term Housing, or
coming to the Telluride area for seasonal work, we have the best values
in the area. The fully furnished units are available on a month-to-month
basis. We're located in the wonderful community of Norwood, which is 33
miles from Telluride. The building is centrally located so one can walk
to all services and restaurants, with the food market and a large
coin-operated laundry just 50 yards away.
There are different room configurations, from Efficiency Units to a 2
bed Studio and even 1 Bedroom Apartments. Efficiency units include a
kitchenette (cook top, fridge and microwave), while the larger spaces
have full kitchens.
* All units have Cable TV with movie channels and free WiFi access.
* Direct dial phones in the rooms (local calls are free)
* Each is completely setup from linens and dishes, to beds and furniture
* Monthly rental includes on-site parking
* Regional Bus service stops at the curb. It’s just $1 each way to/from
Telluride.
Requires a one month refundable Security deposit. No Smoking. No Pets.
